中概美股午夜集體跳水，跟這項法案有關……
uSMART友信智投5月21日消息，週二美股，熱門中概股普遍高開（除了復牌的瑞幸咖啡），但臨近午夜時分（美東時間中午12時左右），多數熱門中概股(阿里巴巴 、百度、網易、拼多多、嗶哩嗶哩等）盤中由升轉跌。

這個時間點前發生了什麼？
美東時間5月20日，據外媒報導，美國參議院一致通過了《外國公司擔責法案》（Holding Foreign Companies Accountable Act），法案中一些會計審計方面的要求，例如美國要求檢查上市公司的審計機構，或會讓在美上市的中概股面臨兩難境地，甚至導致大量退市。該法案需要經眾議院通過，總統簽署後才能生效。
《路透》報導稱，該法案將適用於所有外國公司，但主要針對的是中國。消息發佈後，在美國上市的中資企業股票逆勢下挫，百度、愛奇藝、阿里巴巴 跌幅介乎0.2%-5.4%。
加速赴港二次上市潮，6月將迎來京東、網易
繼阿里巴巴回港二次上市後，明星中概股回港二次上市的傳聞未曾斷絕。據多家媒體公開報導，京東預計6月初招股，網易將接棒京東招股。據《證券時報》的報導，網易回港日程一直在加速，提前至少半年。同阿裡、京東一樣，網易也是以保密方式向聯交所提交赴港上市申請，最快6月底掛牌交易，不過募資規模並未透露。
