纳斯达克证实收紧上市规则 拟修订三方面规则
《中国证券网》报道,纳斯达克方面向其证实,关於修订上市规则的提议已经提交美国证交会,目前处於等待证交会批准状态。
据纳斯达克介绍,向美国证交会提交的规则修订,主要是对部分国家公司的上市标准收紧。专家认为调整後纳斯达克上市门槛在可接受范围,上市规则收紧并非针对中国公司。
此次规则修订包含三个方面。首先,基於公司的审计质量、审计机构资格,纳斯达克提出新的上市要求;其次,对特定区域公司,纳斯达克提出新的上市要求;第三,对特定公司管理层,纳斯达克提出新的特定要求。
