香港医思医疗集团(02138.HK)公布,向五名独立第三方收购New Medical Center 51%股权,後者拥有在香港医务委员会的专科注册中的13名全职注册医生。代价包括现金1亿元;及向其中一名卖方配售新控股公司New Medical Center Holding 4,800股、按每股4.2元配售476.19万股代价股,以及支付1,600万元或有对价。

完成後,公司将透过New Medical Center Holding持有New Medical Center 51%权益。同时,须向New Medical Center Holding注资1亿元用作一般营运资金及业务发展。
