格隆匯5月13日丨賢能集團(01730.HK)公佈,截至2020年3月31日止6個月,公司收益5162萬坡元,同比減少3.7%;毛利2191.6萬坡元,同比增長80%;公司擁有人應占溢利317.6萬坡元,同比增長12.8%;每股盈利0.79新加坡仙,中期股息每股普通股0.0025新加坡元(相當於0.014港元)。
收益減少主要由於空間優化業務項下工商業物業以及設施管理業務的收益減少所致。
