中興通訊(00763.HK)董事會審議通過土耳其公司及子公司之間相互擔保額度議案
格隆匯5月6日丨中興通訊(00763.HK)發佈公告,2020年5月6日,公司第八屆董事會第十七次會議審議通過《關於授權土耳其公司NETAŞ TELEKOMÜNİKASYON A.Ş.及其控股子公司之間相互擔保額度的議案》,同意NETAŞ TELEKOMÜNİKASYON A.Ş.及其控股子公司之間擬為在金融機構的綜合授信相互提供連帶責任擔保,擔保額度合計摺合不超過1.39億美元。上述擔保額度可循環使用,有效期為自董事會審議批准之日起至2020年12月31日止。
