新疆將確保主要農作物化肥利用率於年內提高到40%以上
據《新華社》從新疆維吾爾自治區農業農村廳了解到,2020年新疆將確保主要農作物化肥利用率提高到40%以上,並在2019年的基礎上繼續保持化肥使用量負增長,同時力爭實現地膜使用量、覆蓋面積零增長。
此外,新疆還將以創建莎車縣巴旦木有機肥替代化肥試點縣為突破口,以南疆為重點,推廣新型農家肥積造技術,充分利用畜禽糞便、農作物秸稈、野生綠肥、農村生活垃圾等有機物料資源,開展有機肥替代化肥行動。(ta/w)
