華南城(1668.HK)回購及註銷部份優先票據 債務結構持續改善

格隆匯5月4日丨華南城(1668.HK)今日公佈,公司於公開市場回購部份優先票據(2020年8月票據、2021年1月票據、2021年3月票據),回購本金總額5800萬美元,並擬於稍後進行註銷。公司稱,回購上述票據有助改善債務結構。公司將持續審視財務結構,不排除於合適時機繼續回購票據。中銀國際曾於4月9日對華南城發佈信用分析報告。報告指出,鑑於華南城(NA/B-正面展望/B)正在進行的優化債務結構的努力(以長期經營性物業貸替換短期貸款), 認為公司的流動性可能會有所改善,從而對其短端債有積極影響。此外,公司潛在信用提升的因素包括流動性和債務結構顯著改善,並持續擴大經常性收入。
