中来股份(300393.SZ)拟向银行申请不超3亿元综合授信额度
格隆汇4月30日丨中来股份(300393.SZ)公布,公司召开第三届董事会第三十三次会议,审议通过《关于向银行申请综合授信额度的议案》。
同意公司(含子公司)向宁波银行常熟支行申请综合授信额度不超过人民币3亿元(最终以宁波银行常熟支行实际审批的授信额度为准),综合授信内容包括但不限于贷款、贸易融资、银行承兑汇票等业务,授信期间为一年。具体融资金额将视公司运营资金的实际需求而确定。
公司授权董事长林建伟代表公司与银行机构签署上述授信融资项下的有关法律文件。
