贏家時尚(03709.HK)獲股東注入3.03%股份作股份獎勵計劃
贏家時尚(03709.HK)公布,獲股東Koradior Investments告知,並經受託人確認,於前日(27日),Koradior Investments轉讓予受託人合計2,073.55萬股股份,佔已發行股本3.03%,作為將信託股份注入股份獎勵計劃。
Koradior Investments早前指,在該計劃上限規限下,可將其所持有公司已發行股本最多4.9%注入股份獎勵計劃,作為吸引及挽留承授人的獎勵,以促進集團的長遠發展。
