格隆匯4月23日丨佳兆業健康(0876.HK)現報0.169港元,大漲24.26%,最新總市值8.5億港元。佳兆業健康昨日盤後宣佈,公司全資附屬公司美加健康分別於2020年4月9日與珠海十里蓮江開發,及於2020年4月10日與美邸養老上海各自訂立合作協議,旨在全面利用並結合珠海十里蓮江開發及美邸養老上海與公司的獨有優勢,進一步拓展公司的健康板塊業務。預期憑藉訂約方在各自特定領域的優勢,訂約方將能更好抓住市場的巨大機遇,實現互利共贏。
