創世紀集團控股(01849.HK)與線上互聯網電商經濟平台運營商簽署諒解備忘錄
格隆匯4月16日丨創世紀集團控股(01849.HK)發佈公告，2020年4月16日，公司與Show Times(Chongqing) Technology Co. Ltd.簽署諒解備忘錄，據此，公司與潛在合作伙伴將利用雙方的優勢進行協同合作，在中國共同發展電子商務業務。
同時，公司與潛在合作伙伴正在討論可能的合作方式，其中包括(i)與潛在合作伙伴在中國成立合資企業；或(ii)投資到潛在合作伙伴。截至諒解備忘錄簽署之日，合作的條款或形式尚未最終確定。
合作方式確定後，雙方之間將簽署正式協議，除其他條款外，公司將負責提供網頁設計以及搜尋引擎等方面的技術知識及專長產品,而合作方將負責於中國提供線上平台以及於中國發展業務。潛在合作伙伴的最終實益擁有人牟雷將成為中國業務合作方面的主要負責人。
潛在合作伙伴為於中國重慶成立的有限公司。牟雷為潛在合作伙伴的最終擁有人。潛在合作伙伴從事線上互聯網電商經濟平台的運營，包括髮展網上電商經濟平台，基於互聯網B2B、B2C運營集“互聯網商城+秀場”創新商業模式，構建商品供應鏈體系。憑藉公司在香港的上市地位，集團能夠增加在中國市場的知名度，並尋求與基於中國的數字平台的合作。
憑藉牟雷在中國在線業務方面的豐富經驗，與潛在合作伙伴的戰略合作有望使集團打入中國市場，並進而將參與中國在線業務的實體拓展到東南亞市場。董事會相信，這項新業務將有助於集團的進一步擴展，豐富基於客户的業務營運。如果合作得以實現，公司可能會考慮將其中文名稱更改為“秀商時代”，以促進集團在中國市場的知名度。
