格隆汇4月14日丨华电福新(00816.HK)发布公告,公司(以下简称“发行人”)发行不超过人民币50亿元(含50亿元)可续期公司债券已获得中国证监会“证监许可[2020]197号”文核准。公司公开发行2020年绿色可续期公司债券(第一期)发行规模不超过20亿元(含20亿元)。
发行人和主承销商于2020年4月13日在网下向合格投资者进行了票面利率询价,根据网下向合格投资者询价簿记结果,经发行人和主承销商充分协商和审慎判断,最终确定仅发行该期债券品种一(债券简称:G20FXY1,债券代码:163431),票面利率为3.15%。
