野村:周大福(1929.HK)上年度同店銷售符預期,目標8.1港元

野村發表研究報告指,周大福(1929.HK)2020年度第四財季港澳及中國內地的同店銷售分別下跌65%及50%,符合該行預期;對比六福集團(0590.HK)一月至二月港澳及中國內地的同店銷售按年分別下跌52.8%及37.1%。該行維持其“買入”評級及目標價8.1港元,周大福仍然為珠寶行業的首選。

野村指出,周大福截至今年2月底止財年首11個月收入按年跌11-13%,該行對其2020財年全年收入預測為跌9.3%;營業利潤收入預測按年跌19.6%。

野村指出,周大福將受惠於在國內的多元化門店網絡,以及隨着新冠肺炎疫情消退,加上金價正常化,對金飾被抑制的需求可能會出現。
