第七大道(00797.HK)：核數師更換為大華馬施雲
?格隆匯4月13日丨第七大道(00797.HK)公佈，由於羅兵鹹永道會計師事務所無法就未解決事宜取得滿意的解釋及證據，及鑑於截至辭任函日期，董事會並未開展獨立調查的事實，核數師無法執行彼等認為對審核公司截至2019年12月31日止年度的綜合財務報表為必要的額外審核程序。羅兵鹹永道會計師事務所已辭任公司核數師，自2020年4月10日起生效。
於審核及編制2019年年度業績期間，公司審核委員會於2020年3月26日接獲核數師的來函，當中核數師要求審核委員會就有關(i)公司於2019年收購的間接全資附屬公司上海辛辣向若干研發人員以現金形式支付金額約為人民幣650萬元的獎金；及(ii)公司間接全資附屬公司七道香港就於海外市場宣傳及推廣若干手機遊戲事宜依據遊戲合作發行協議向對手方支付金額為2500萬美元的預付推廣費的兩項未解決審核事宜進行獨立調查。
有關合作發行協議已於2019年6月終止。然而，對手方未能在承諾期限內全額退還七道香港已支付的推廣費及終止協議中約定的額外補償。於2019年6月至12月期間，七道香港與對手方及另兩家境外公司簽訂兩份三方還款協議，一再推遲還款期限，但相關方仍未能按時還款。截至2020年1月，仍有共計1400萬美元尚未收回且其中部分金額再次逾期。截至本公告日期，與上述對手方償還發行及推廣費用有關的未收回金額1400萬美元已獲全部償清。
董事會謹此宣佈，大華馬施雲會計師事務所有限公司已獲委任為公司的新任核數師，自2020年4月10日起生效，以填補核數師辭任後的臨時空缺，任期直至公司下屆股東周年大會結束為止。公司股份繼續停牌。
