中國東方教育(00667.HK)下屬公司新華教育集團成為首批職業技能等級認定第三方評價機構
格隆匯4月9日丨中國東方教育(00667.HK)宣佈，公司下屬公司新華教育集團成為中國首批職業技能等級認定第三方評價機構，允許新華教育集團面向社會開展西式烹調師、中式烹調師及中式麪點師三個職業技能等級認定工作。並已於公告日期正式面向社會頒發第一批職業技能等級證書。
職業技能等級認定是指經過人社部備案的評價機構，對勞動者技能水平進行認定的行為，是一種與職業資格評價並行的技能人才評價方式。2019年12月10日人社部與中國就業培訓技術指導中心聯合頒佈《關於發佈首批職業技能等級認定第三方評價機構名單的通告》，新華教育集團等共計11家機構成為中國首批職業技能等級認定第三方評級機構。國家職業技能等級認定第三方評價機構是人社部認可的、在行業內有着領先地位和公信力的單位機構。經自主申報、專家遴選、信用核查、註冊地人力資源和社會保障部門實地考核及徵求社會各方面意見等程序，新華教育集團成為國家首批職業技能等級認定第三方評價機構，開展西式烹調師、中式烹調師及中式麪點師三個職業技能等級認定。這意味着，新華教育集團可以按標準、依規範面對社會開展職業技能等級評價、頒發獲得國家認可的證書。對經規範認定、取得國家級相應職業技能等級證書的西式烹調師、中式烹調師及中式麪點師將成為在人社部職業技能鑑定中心的全國聯網查詢系統上查詢的人員，納入中國技能型人才統計範圍，並依法享有有關職業技能等級資格與待遇。
於公告日期，首批獲得第三方評價機構評定為合格的共有25名人士，均來自於新華教育集團頒發的職業技能等級證書，涵蓋西式烹調師、中式烹調師及中式麪點師三個職業技能等級。同時，新華教育集團亦是中國首個正式頒發職業技能等級證書的第三方評價機構。
董事會認為，成為中國首批職業技能等級認定第三方評價機構並正式頒發職業技能等級證書，意味着本集團將開始面向全國、面向社會，開展相關專業的技能等級認定和證書頒發工作，將大幅提升集團的美譽度，增強品牌影響力，從而進一步鞏固集團在中國的職業技能培訓領域的領先地位；集團可以針對西式烹調師、中式烹調師及中式麪點師的職業技能等級證書的社會人員進行相應的考試培訓，從而進一步豐富本集團烹飪板塊的課程，獲得潛在欲考取證書的客户，增加本集團整體烹飪板塊的潛在客户；集團通過頒發職業技能等級證書，可以進一步整合就業資源，從而為學生提供更好的就業機會；集團可以更加全面的瞭解國家政策和行業標準，促進我們嚴格按照國家的政策和標準開展職業技能教育，有效提升我們的辦學水平，提供更高質量的職業教育服務。
