SDM Group(08363.HK)： 集團已投入大量資源發展網上教學
格隆匯4月7日丨SDM Group(08363.HK)公佈，公司首席營運官餘永祿在全球的商業管理及發展方面資歷深厚，尤其是在汽車、保險及金融行業方面。餘永祿於英國赫爾大學(University of Hull)取得高級管理人員工商管理碩士學位，並於加拿大西安大略大學(Western University)取得學士學位，主修管理與組織研究。董事會認為引入首席營運官的新角色將改善集團營運的效率及管理。
自餘永祿於2019年10月加入公司擔任首席營運官以來，集團已投入大量資源發展網上教學。新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)爆發，令有關發展更為迫切。截至2020年2月，集團已推出E-Dance網上課程，讓學生透過互聯網在家中學習與練習。截至公告日期，參與有關課程的學生人數已增至約1,000人。集團亦已推出手機應用程式，於不同平台上宣傳有關課程。集團相信此舉於行業中乃屬首創。作為行業領導者之一，集團正研究採用人工智能科技以豐富日後的教學，進一步提升其專業課程。
鑑於疫情擴大，除了引入E-Dance外，集團亦已落實其他業務應變計劃。有關計劃包括但不限於提高衞生意識並向本集團所有學校及辦公室提供衞生用品；將所有課堂重新安排，變為小班教學，上課的學生及導師各人至少保持1.5米距離；集團上下減薪，並採取其他減省成本措施。
展望未來，集團將審慎投資，並繼續加快其於新加坡、澳洲及其他海外市場的拓展以進一步擴大收入來源。公司的拓展目標之一，是與實力雄厚的潛在夥伴一同鞏固並開發新商機。
