中國置業投資(00736.HK)擬發行1億元不可換股債券
格隆匯4月6日丨中國置業投資(00736.HK)發佈公告,2020年4月6日,公司與認購人深圳市常青鼎盛投資諮詢企業(有限合夥)訂立認購協議,據此,認購人有條件同意認購,而公司有條件同意發行本金總額為人民幣1億元的不可換股債券。
董事認為,發行不可換股債券可按較低資金成本向公司提供額外資金。公司將認購事項所得款項淨額用作未來投資機會及集團一般營運資金。
