中銀航空租賃(02588.HK)一季度簽署48架飛機購買協議
格隆匯4月6日丨中銀航空租賃(02588.HK)公佈，總經理兼首席執行官Robert Martin表示：公司2020年取得開門紅。今年一季度，公司簽署了購買共計48架飛機的協議，其中38架已按長期租賃的方式租出，餘下10架尚未租出的A320NEO飛機將於2023年至2024年間交付。公司已租出所有預期於2020年交付的飛機，並將繼續採取嚴謹的方法開展飛機投資活動。
該等新增的飛機投資反映了公司資產負債表的實力，公司截至2020年3月31日的可用流動性達36億美元。公司的A-級信用評級最近獲得惠譽評級及標普全球評級的再次確認。公司穩健的資產負債表使我們能夠在艱難的環境下繼續與客户合作。截至一季度末的飛機組合共有567架飛機，其中包括323架自有飛機、40架代管飛機及204架已訂購飛機，機隊規模為公司史上最大。公司的自有機隊保持業內最低齡之列，平均機齡為3.4年，而平均剩餘租期則長達8.5年。公司在一季度實現了100%的飛機利用率和94%的收款率。
首席財務官彭添發進一步表示：一季度融資方面，公司從貸款和債券市場籌得額外13億美元，並根據公司的全球中期票據計劃按時償還了超過9.5億美元的債券。公司亦將全球中期票據計劃的限額由100億美元增至150億美元，這使公司得以靈活繼續使用債務資本市場來滿足未來資金需求及支撐業務增長。公司於一季度繼續籌得新貸款融資，並獲得全球超過70家銀行的大力支持。
