中集安瑞科(03899.HK) 采纳股份奖励计划 初步预算1.6亿元
中集安瑞科(03899.HK)公布,已决议采纳2020年股份奖励计划,根据计划可供购买或发行之股份总数累计不得超过公司於采纳日期已发行股份总数之2%。根据计划可向一名参与者以单次或累计授出之股份最高数目不得超过公司於采纳日期已发行股份总数之0.5%。
受托人须应用有关金额於联交所以现行市价按买卖单位购买股份,1.6亿元初步已预算用作於联交所购买股份。倘将授出之股份为由公司将予配发及发行之新股份,公司须促使将有关股份配发及发行予受托人。(el/w)
