國泰君安(02611.HK)“16國君G2”將於4月13日付息
格隆匯4月2日丨國泰君安(02611.HK)發佈公告,公司於2016年4月12日發行完成2016年公司債券(第一期)(品種二)根據《國泰君安證券股份有限公司公開發行2016年公司債券(第一期)募集説明書》有關條款的規定,將於2020年4月13日開始支付自2019年4月12日至2020年4月11日期間的利息。本期債券為7年期,附第5年末發行人贖回選擇權、調整票面利率選擇權和投資者回售選擇權,發行總額為人民幣10億元。
