中國水務(00855.HK)發換股債認購可交換債券 涉資3.6億
中國水務(00855.HK)公布,認購BPEA永續零息可交換債券,代價3.61億元,將透過發行永續零息可換股債券償付。初步轉換價8.05元,較上交易日(1日)收報溢價42.48%,可兌換新股佔公司擴大後股本2.72%。
BPEA可交換債券最多可轉換康達環保(06136.HK)3.44億股股份,交換價1.05元,較康達上交易日(1日)收報溢價38.16%。若悉數行使,公司於康達持股將由目前29.52%增至46.45%。
