格隆汇4月1日丨银城生活服务(01922.HK)发布年度业绩,2019年度,收益为约人民币6.958亿元,同比增加约48.8%;毛利为约人民币1.119亿元,同比增加约64.8%;毛利率为约16.1%,较2018年上升约1.6个百分点;溢利为约人民币3320万元,同比增加约22.5%;核心纯利(即未扣除上市开支)为约人民币4570万元,同比增加约68.6%;每股盈利为人民币0.16元;拟派末期股息每10股普通股0.42港元。
银城生活服务是中国一家著名的物业管理服务供应商,拥有逾20年行业经验,提供多元化的物业管理服务及生活社区增值服务。截至2019年底,集团的物业管理服务覆盖中国15个城市,包括江苏省的10个城市及长江三角洲地区大都市中其他省份的5个城市,在管建筑面积约达2610万平方米。截至2019年底,集团管理239项物业,包括116项住宅物业及123项非住宅物业,服务超过140,000户家庭。
截至2019年底,集团物业管理服务的合约建筑面积约为3080万平方米,较2018年同期约2230万平方米增加约38.1%。于2019年12月31日,集团物业管理服务的在管建筑面积约为2610万平方米,较2018年同期约1550万平方米增加约68.4%。
