彩生活(01778.HK)全年純利5億元末期息9.12分 平台服務面積達12.11億平米
格隆匯3月31日丨彩生活(01778.HK)公佈，截至2019年12月31日止年度，集團實現總收益人民幣38.45億元，同比增長6.4%；毛利人民幣13.55億元，同比增長5.7%；公司擁有人應占溢利人民幣4.99億元，同比增長2.8%；基本每股盈利人民幣36.48分，擬派末期股息每股人民幣9.12分，派息率25%。
截至2019年12月31日，集團的合約管理總建築面積達到5.62億平方米，對應的社區數量達到2863個，分別同比增長1.5%和5.7%。其中，於2019年12月31日集團已經產生收益的合約管理總建築面積達到3.60億平方米、社區數量達到2321個。
截至2019年12月31日，集團平台服務面積達到12.11億平方米(包括合約管理總建築面積5.62億平方米，合作及同盟的總建築面積6.49億平方米)。集團服務的項目遍佈中國279個城市，以及一個海外國家越南，充分證明了彩生活線上平台的科技實力。
值得一提的是，基於對集團核心價值的認可，京東、360.com以每股5.22港元分別認購公司7114.9萬股、2295.6萬股的新普通股。於該等交易於年內完成後，京東(包括其關聯方)及360.com(包括其關聯方)持有的權益總額分別佔集團經擴大股權的5.00%和3.05%。
此外，截至2019年12月31日，集團的總債務餘額由2018年12月31日約人民幣36.60億元減少約37.3%至約人民幣22.95億元。
