新業務承接再創歷史新高 敏實集團(00425.HK)年度純利升1.8%至16.90億元
格隆匯3月30日丨敏實集團(00425.HK)公佈，截至2019年12月31日止年度，公司營業額增長約5.1%，達到約人民幣131.98億元(單位下同)；毛利增長約2.4%，達到約41.21億元；公司擁有人應占溢利增加約1.8%，達到約16.90億元，每股基本盈利1.472元，末期股息將待經審核業績完成時進一步確定。
純利達16.90億元，主要繫於回顧年度集團在營業額持續穩健增長的同時，注重成本的管控帶來毛利的增加，此外其他利得與損失較2018年度增加抵消了行政開支和研發開支增加的不利影響，使集團總體上保持了較好的盈利水準。
回顧年度，集團國內營業額為約76.05億元，同比下滑約0.5%，儘管中國乘用車市場低迷，產量下降約9.2%，但由於集團日系及歐系客户在中國市場的優異表現使得集團國內營業額並未遭受明顯影響。集團海外營業額約為55.93億元，同比增長約13.8%，主要得益於歐系業務的全球持續深化。
於回顧年度，集團新業務承接再創歷史新高。在保證傳統產品份額的同時，集團創新產品的推廣也取得重大突破，尤其是電池盒業務迅速突起，目前已進入歐系、日系、美系以及中系等多家主機廠的電動車供應商體系，客户涵蓋雷諾、寶馬、戴姆勒、沃爾沃、捷豹路虎、日產、本田、福特等，訂單覆蓋中國和歐洲市場。
此外，集團以傳統產品為基石，持續推進創新產品開發和技術革新，鞏固鋁門框、電池盒、ACC標牌、主動進氣格柵、塑料尾門等拳頭產品的優勢，強化智能外飾、複合材料結構件等新領域的研發。同時，集團的創新產品正在向模組化發展。集團持續加大創新研發投入，進一步加強包括中國、德國、日本、美國在內的全球創新研發團隊之間的協作，整合全球先進技術資源，在輕量化、智能化、電動化等領域不斷實現突破，以創新產品引領市場，以先進的生產工藝和技術打造產品核心競爭力。
