格隆匯3月30日丨藍鼎國際(00582.HK)宣佈,於2020年3月30日,公司擬透過配售代理髮行最多5.87億配售股份,佔經擴大後公司股份16.67%,每股配售價0.235港元,較3月30日收市價折讓約16.07%。
假設悉數配售所有配售股份,配售事項所得款項總額及所得款項淨額(經扣除配售佣金及其他相關開支以及專業費用)估計分別約為1.38億港元及約1.37億港元。公司擬將配售事項所得款項淨額用於南韓濟州島之博彩業務及綜合休閒度假村營運的一般營運資金及利息開支。
