中石化冠德(00934.HK)2019年純利上升1.83%至12.85億港元 末期息12港仙
格隆匯3月25日丨中石化冠德(00934.HK)發佈2019年度業績，報告期內，公司實現收益14.47億港元，同比減少12.58%；公司股東應占盈利12.85億港元，同比增長1.83%；基本每股盈利51.69港仙；擬派末期股息每股12港仙。
收入、毛利和經營溢利的下降都主要是因公司全資附屬公司華德石化最大下游客户廣州石化煉油裝置年內開展計劃性檢修以及公司全資附屬公司榆濟管道公司全年天然氣管輸量相應減少所致。
2019年，公司下屬的中東富查伊拉油品倉儲公司在周邊地緣政治局勢日趨嚴峻的形勢下，積極開展國際標準管理體系建設，在先後完成ISO9001、ISO14001和OHSAS18001認證的基礎上，年內又順利通過了ISO45001認證，以此強化品牌建設，提升市場競爭力；着力開拓新客户，平均罐容租金得到了大幅提升，全年儲罐出租率一直保持在100%的滿負荷水準；儲罐吞吐量突破了2,000萬立方米，位居當地12家油品倉儲公司首位；實現投資收益約為2220萬港元，同比上升約166.51%。
2019年，公司下屬的歐洲VestaTerminalsB.V.所處的周邊油品倉儲市場總體仍較低迷，Vesta採取了一系列提質增效措施，通過儲罐改造提升服務靈活性；通過增建駁船碼頭提升服務品質，為增強市場競爭力、改善其盈利能力和可持續發展能力奠定基礎。全年Vesta投資虧損約為28萬港元，同比下降約108.02%。
當前，全球經濟正遭受新冠肺炎疫情衝擊，儘管中國境內疫情得到遏制，但全球防疫形勢仍不容樂觀。集團採取一系列有力有效措施，積極保障全體員工的安全和健康，密切關注疫情對集團生產經營可能造成的影響，力爭將疫情影響降到最低。依然會堅定信心，在2020年積極謀求發展，加快創新經營，不斷培養新的業務增長點，儘快邁向高質量可持續發展，不斷提升集團市場競爭力和盈利水平。
