三大電訊股急彈6.5%-13% 績後獲大行升級聯通(00762.HK)跑贏曾越10天線
國家工信部發布《關於開展2020年IPv6端到端貫通能力提升專項行動通知》，要求到2020年末，IPv6活躍連接數達11.5億，較去年8億連接數目標提高43%。三大電訊商今早股價彈力遠高於大市，中移動(00941.HK)及今天放榜的中電信(00728.HK)急彈6.5%及8.6%，分別報56.8元及2.28元。
聯通(00762.HK)全年多賺11%增派息，瑞信及麥格理績後將聯通評級分別由「中性」及「跑輸大市」均調高至「跑贏大市」，目標價分別由7.68元及6.25元，降至6.15元及6.02元，花旗將聯通目標價由9.5元，降至8.5元，均遠高於現價。該股今早急彈曾重越10天線(4.633元)，最高見4.66元，現造4.6元，急彈13%，為最強藍籌，成交達5,092萬股，已接近昨天全日成交量5,794萬股，涉資2.27億元。
聯通昨天收市公布，截至去年底止全年純利按年升11%至113.3億元人民幣(下同)，每股盈利0.37元，末期股息按年增逾10%至0.148元。期內，EBITDA按年增11.1%至944億元。去年實現服務收入按年微升0.3%至2,644億元，其中移動服務收入按年降5.3%報1,564億元，降幅較首三季收窄。去年移動用戶ARPU按年降11.6%至40.4元，4G業務ARPU按年降16.5%至44.5元。去年固網寬帶業務收入按年跌1.7%至416億元，但末季寬帶接入收入和ARPU已出現止跌回升，去年寬帶用戶接入ARPU按年降6.7%至41.6元。至於去年資本開支總額564億元，當中5G資本開支約79億元，今年資本開支預算700億元，5G資本開支料約350億元。
美股期貨全面急彈3.7%-4%，收復昨晚現貨下跌所有失地有餘，其中道指期貨報19,213，急彈716點或3.9%。亞太區主要股市全面跟隨急彈，其中恆指曾急彈978點，高見22,674，現造22,578，急彈882點或4%；國指急彈4.4%報9,140。港股總成交額533億元。
