格隆匯3月24日丨受業績增長影響,首創置業(02868.HK)大幅高開反彈,盤初一度衝高至12%。現報1.54港元,漲6.94%,暫成交1014萬港元,最新總市值67.2億元。首創置業2019年度歸母淨利增10.4%至21.23億元,每股派0.17元。但營業收入207.86億元,按年跌10.62%。2019年簽約銷售額808.1億,大本營京津冀佔60.7%。公司現有土地儲備規模適中,且核心城市資源充足,可以滿足集團未來三年規模突破及業績提升之需要。展望2020年,全球及中國經濟仍將面臨多重風險挑戰,對於中國房地產行業,宏觀調控預計短期內不會出現明顯放鬆。
