福萊特玻璃(06865.HK)為子公司香港福萊特1.8億美元銀行貸款提供擔保
格隆匯3月23日丨福萊特玻璃(06865.HK)公佈,公司全資子公司香港福萊特近日通過貸款代理行星展銀行香港分行,與初始貸款行星展銀行(香港)有限公司,產銀亞洲金融有限公司、花旗銀行香港分行等銀行簽訂了《貸款協議》,香港福萊特向上述銀行申請綜合授信額度為1.8億美元的的貸款。公司作為保證人與擔保代理行及被擔保方受託人星展銀行香港分行(簡稱"擔保代理行")簽署保證協議,為上述貸款提供保證擔保。同時,香港福萊特亦將其持有的越南福萊特100%股權質押給了擔保代理行。
