格隆匯3月23日丨易還財務投資(08079.HK)公佈,於2020年3月20日,公司與配售代理訂立補充配售協議,以將初始配售價由0.315港元增加至0.325港元,較3月10日收市價折讓約18.75%。根據聯交所的要求,配售協議的最後截止日期亦縮短至2020年4月3日。於本公告日期,公司仍在等待獲得配售事項下擬發行4350萬股股份的上市批准。
此外,公司股票將於2020年3月23日復牌。
