《盈利警告》銀杏教育(01851.HK)料全年經調整溢利跌25%-35%
銀杏教育(01851.HK)發盈警,預計2019年度年度淨溢利將較2018年度增加約25%-35%,惟經調整後淨溢利則減少約25%-35%,主要由於內年員工成本增加;學生宿舍修建完成及添置物業、廠房及設備而導致物業、廠房及設備的折舊增加;上市後產生的專業費用增加;預付土地租賃款項的攤銷增加;及為籌備南溪新校區的初期營運,銷售成本及行政開支增加。
經調整後淨溢利指年內溢利,其中不包括公司股份於聯交所主板上市有關的開支以及出售土地使用權的收益。
