格隆匯3月12日丨億達中國(03639.HK)公佈,經考慮公司執行董事陳東輝的拘留可能對公司帶來不明朗因素,為減輕公司管理層、股東或潛在投資者可能對陳東輝履行職責的任何憂慮,經董事會審慎討論後,董事會已議決暫停陳東輝於公司作為執行董事的所有行政及執行職責及權力,即時生效,直至另行通知。經考慮拘留的現況,董事會認為,停職符合公司及其股東的整體最佳利益。董事會進一步認為,停職將不會在任何重大方面影響集團的日常營運,且集團當前營運正常及穩定。
