格隆汇3月11日丨高山企业(00616.HK)发布公告,2020年1月16日,贷款人(公司全资附属公司)与借款人订立贷款协议1,据此,贷款人向借款人授出400万港元为期5个月的贷款1从2020年1月17日起至2020年6月16日。贷款1按贷款协议1的年利率为6厘。
于2020年3月11日,贷款人与借款人订立贷款协议2,据此,贷款人向借款人授出3000万港元为期3个月的贷款2从提取日期起至2020年6月12日。贷款2按贷款协议2的年利率为8厘。
