港股异动 | 九龙仓置业跌4.7% 去年股东应占盈利同比降78%
格隆汇3月6日丨九龙仓置业(01997.HK)现跌4.79%,报34.8港元,最新总市值1056.6亿港元。公司昨日公告称,截至2019年12月31日止年度集团收入160.43亿港元,同比降3%;公司股东应占盈利39.28亿港元,同比下降78%,主要因为计入了投资物业重估亏损净额57.42亿港元(2018年:盈余79.74亿港元)。全年合共派息2.03港元/股。摩根士丹利发表研究报告表示,九龙仓置业去年每股盈利、每股派息、以及零售销售及租金收入均逊预期,料今年表现或更差。
