中国诚通发展集团(00217.HK)订立融资租赁协议 涉资1.14亿元
格隆汇3月4日丨中国诚通发展集团(00217.HK)公布,于2020年3月4日,公司间接全资附属诚通融资租赁与承租人盘锦恒祺控股订立融资租赁协议,据此,诚通融资租赁将向承租人购买该等设施,将该等设施回租予承租人,为期三(3)年。
该等设施若干供水及排水网络设施以及相关的辅助、更换及/或额外设备,购买价格为人民币1亿元。租赁期的租赁付款总额约为人民币1.14亿元,承租人须平均分为12期,于租赁期内每季向诚通融资租赁支付一次。
