利寶閣集團(01869.HK)預計年度盈轉虧不少於5500萬港元
格隆匯3月3日丨利寶閣集團(01869.HK)公佈，集團預計截至2019年12月31日止年度錄得公司擁有人應占虧損不少於5500萬港元，其包含下述的一次性關閉影響約3000萬港元；集團於2018年度則錄得公司擁有人應占溢利約230萬港元。
年度上述虧損狀況乃集團2019年度上半年虧損狀況延續及惡化，主要由於集團酒樓(其於兩個年度均全年在營運)的收益較去年整體減少所致。此外，由於上環酒樓及京香閣酒樓於2020年2月結業，集團於2019年度就該等酒樓錄得使用權資產、若干非流動資產及遞延税項資產之關閉影響合共約3000萬港元，導致2019年度公司擁有人應占虧損進一步增加。上述關閉影響的金額僅按初步評估相關資產的可收回金額計算，且須待全年業績落實後作出更改。
集團位於香港上環區的兩間酒樓(即上環酒樓及京香閣酒樓)由公司間接全資附屬公司俊聯(香港)有限公司("俊聯")營運，於截至2017年、2018年及2019年12月31日止年度分別貢獻總收益約5880萬港元、5710萬港元及5100萬港元(未經審核)，分別佔集團總收益約19%、16%及15%。然而，該營運附屬公司於截至2019年12月31日止三個年度各年錄得經營虧損。鑑於財務表現不佳以及未來可預見的不利市況，集團於2020年2月終止經營該兩間酒樓，以避免進一步虧損，並將佔用的營運資金用於本集團的其他營運需求。
此外，俊聯接獲一份由惠晉投資有限公司(作為原告人，"原告人")經香港特別行政區高等法院向俊聯(作為被告人，"被告人")發出日期為2019年12月31日之傳訊令狀連同申索背書("法院訴訟")。背書中指出，原告人針對被告人提起之申索乃有關違反日期為2018年4月18日之租賃協議，因被告人自2019年10月1日起未能及╱或拒絕根據租賃協議就位於香港中環德輔道中199號無限極廣場二樓201至202室之物業妥為支付租金及╱或管理費及╱或政府差餉。
鑑於自2020年1月以來疫情在中國及香港爆發，集團一直密切關注疫情的進展並努力預防及控制病毒的傳播。為了促進更好預防及控制病毒以及確保員工及顧客的健康與安全，集團一直努力縮短其香港酒樓的營業時間。就集團位於中國深圳的酒樓及茶館而言，作為臨時的抗疫措施，其已根據當地政府的指示自2020年1月下旬春節開始起暫停營運，直至公告日期尚未恢復營運。
基於上文所述，集團目前預計2020年上半年的財務表現將較2019年同期嚴重惡化，此乃由於近期爆發的疫情所產生的不利影響而限制集團於香港及中國的酒樓營業時間所致。
