四環醫藥(00460.HK)與解放軍醫學研究院共同研製的法匹拉韋用於冠狀病毒臨牀研究啟動
格隆匯3月2日丨四環醫藥(00460.HK)發佈公告，由中國人民解放軍軍事科學院軍事醫學研究院微生物流行病研究所與該集團共同研製開發的法匹拉韋片用於2019冠狀病毒病（COVID-19）的臨牀研究已於近日啟動。該研究二月初被國家科技部正式立項。中國人類遺傳資源管理辦公室緊急審評該研究，集團僅用一個工作日即獲得人類遺傳資源行政許可（國科遺辦審字2020GH0006YJ號）。目前該研究正在順利進行當中。
該研究組長單位為首都醫科大學附屬北京朝陽醫院，主要研究者為童朝暉教授。另外兩家研究中心包括華中科技大學同濟醫學院附屬協和醫院及武漢市金銀潭醫院。該研究為一項隨機、平行的劑量探索研究，分為高、中和低三個劑量組，以探索法匹拉韋對COVID-19感染患者的最佳給藥方案。該研究計劃入組60例普通型COVID-19患者，治療期為10天。集團將通過此臨牀研究探索更加合理有效的臨牀治療方案，一旦獲得預期結果，集團將立即啟動更大規模的有效性和安全性驗證試驗。
據悉，法匹拉韋為廣譜核糖核酸（RNA）聚合酶抑制劑，該藥口服吸收後轉化為具有生物活性的法匹拉韋的核苷三磷酸化物，結構與嘌呤相似，能與嘌呤競爭病毒抑制RNA聚合酶，從而抑制病毒複製。另外，研究發現法匹拉韋的核苷三磷酸化物還可插入到病毒RNA鏈，誘發病毒的致命性突變。從機制上，法匹拉韋對各種RNA病毒都具有潛在的抗病毒作用。2020年2月25日國務院聯防聯控機制召開新聞發佈會，特別提到三種藥物，其中之一就是法匹拉韋。此新聞發佈會並介紹少數聚焦的幾個藥品是在經過三輪的研發篩選，從70,000個藥品核心化合物通過模擬篩選和多輪的體外實驗篩選出來的，並將先後開展臨牀試驗。
公司稱，集團研發的法匹拉韋於2014年作為抗伊波拉病毒藥物獲得軍隊特需藥品批件，並用於非洲伊波拉病毒疫情爆發時感染者緊急情況下治療，其抗伊波拉病毒的有效性和安全性已經得到數據支持。
集團經過多方努力和籌備，已經做好法匹拉韋原料及製劑生產的充分準備。法匹拉韋片一旦獲批上市，將可以為疫情期間的COVID-19患者提供免費藥品保障，為患者帶來福音，四環醫藥將為戰勝疫情貢獻一份社會責任和力量。
