天山發展控股(02118.HK)與正定當局訂立地塊轉讓解除協議
格隆匯2月28日丨天山發展控股(02118.HK)公告,於2020年2月28日,公司的間接全資附屬河北昌信與正定縣當局訂立解除協議,據此,訂約方同意解除地塊轉讓協議。因此,正定縣當局須向河北昌信支付人民幣5.28億元及河北昌信須將該地塊轉還予正定縣當局。河北昌信根據地塊轉讓協議獲授該地塊的土地使用權。於本公告日期,該地塊為空地盤。
該地塊指一幅位於正定縣的地塊,東至尉佗街,北至承豐路,南至東關路,西至東臨濟街,總地盤面積約為60,455平方米。
