裕元集團(00551.HK)：預計疫情將對上半年營收和業績產生負面影響
格隆匯2月28日丨裕元集團(00551.HK)公佈，自爆發疫情以來，中國大陸多個省市當局已採取緊急公共衞生措施及各種行動控制疫情擴散，包括對農曆新年假期後的復工日期及所需之安全措施設定限制並提供指引。
集團(包括公司及其子公司寶勝集團將全體員工及合作夥伴的健康及安全置於首位，已因應疫情的變化成立防疫應變委員會(在寶勝集團稱為專責督導小組)，其功能為密切監控疫情發展，積極配合中國當地政府推出之各種防疫措施，設定並執行各工廠及零售店舖相關之迅速應變措施，以盡最大努力預防疫情散播，確保員工的健康及安全。
製造業務
在2020年2月28日，集團的中國生產基地，除位於湖北省的生產線因當地政府要求延遲復工日期至2020年3月11日而尚未復工外，已大致恢復運作。然而，由於某些地區因政府實施交通及人流管制措施，致令若干工人仍未能按原定計劃返回工廠上班，因此集團的中國生產基地之運作及產效尚需視乎疫情之發展狀況，需時逐步恢復至全面正常運作。惟董事會預期相關防疫措施對本集團中國生產線之產能之不利影響屬暫時性，工廠產能待相關防疫措施解除後將逐步恢復正常。於疫情發生前，集團中國生產基地的生產出貨量佔集團總生產出貨量約13%，而其中湖北省之生產線的生產出貨量則佔集團總生產出貨量2%以下。另外，疫情亦對本集團在中國及其他國家的生產線的供應鏈物流造成不利影響。其中，由於集團中國以外的生產線的部份原材料供應來自中國，而上游鞋材中國供應商復工狀況不一，致令部分原材料出現短缺，因而對本集團中國以外的產能亦造成一定的影響，或將引致延遲出貨。集團已密切聯繫供應商，致力確保原材料供應以及探討增加從中國以外供應商採購之替代方案。集團將盡最大努力履行其對客户銷售訂單之付運承諾，並與客户保持聯繫，適時調整交付時間表，以減少對雙方造成的負面影響。
零售業務
為遵守中國政府的指引並保護員工免受感染，寶勝集團在中國的大部分零售店舖目前暫停營業。監於寶勝集團的營業收入主要源自實體零售店舖之運動用品銷售，預計疫情將對寶勝集團2020年上半年的營業收入和業績產生重大不利影響。寶勝集團將繼續監控疫情的發展以及相關政府政策，並將適時讓暫停營業的零售店舖恢復營運。
基於以上原因，董事會預計疫情將對集團在2020年上半年的營業收入和業績產生負面影響。本集團將採取相關成本控制措施，以降低有關之不利影響。
