《新股消息》稀美資源(09936.HK)今日起招股 入場費7,298元
中國鉭鈮冶金產品生產商稀美資源(09936.HK)公布,計劃總發行7,500萬股新股,當中10%香港公開發售,90%為國際配售。每股招股價介乎2.23元至2.89元,由今日(26日)至下周一(3月2日)公開招股,每手2,500股,入場費約7,297.8元。該股預期於3月12日上市,信達國際為獨家保薦人。
公司指,以招股價中間價2.56元計,所得款項淨額約1.476億元,當中68.8%用於擴充生產至下游產品;17.9%將用於撥付購買預期即將在2020年開展的5個研發項目所需的原材料、化學製品及電力和水的預期成本;3.5%用於加強歐洲的銷售網絡及於巴西的採購渠道;9.8%用作營運資金及一般企業用途。
