《大行報告》美銀證券下調東亞(00023.HK)目標價至16.5元 評級「跑輸大市」
美銀證券發表報告指,東亞(00023.HK)去年核心利潤強勁,雖去年下半年淨息差較上半年跌10點子至1.80%,惟本地貸款增長按年及按半年分別增長12.9%及6.6%,手續費收入增長亦有助抵銷淨息差收窄的影響。
基於純利受撥備影響下跌,該行降東亞盈測1%至8%,目標價自18.05元下調至16.5元,重申「跑輸大市」評級。(vi/t)~
