亚马逊就美国防部云服务争议 寻求特朗普及国防部长等出庭作供
《CNBC》报道,美国电商巨擘亚马逊(Amazom)向法庭呈报文件,就美国国防部把100亿美元云服务合约交予微软(Microsoft),寻求美国总统特朗普、国防部长埃斯珀及前国防部长马蒂斯出庭作供。公司亦寻求国防部资讯总监Dana Deasy,采购遴选员会及其主席等出庭。
美国国防部联合企业防御基建(JEDI)云计算合约早前招标,合约期最长10年,总值最多100亿美元。国防部最终选择微软,而非外间视为大热的亚马逊。国际商业机器(IBM)等企业去年投诉招标过程不公平,特朗普去年7月表示会作出检视。
亚马逊去年11月入禀联邦索偿法庭,表明有意就国防部的决定提出抗议。
