傳中石化因疫情擴散要求煉油廠大幅減產
據《路透社》引述消息人士報道,因新型冠狀病毒疫情迅速傳播打擊燃料需求及分銷,中石化本月將進行十年來最大規模減產,將日產量削減約60萬桶,大約相當於去年平均日產量500萬桶的12%。
據悉,位於山東的主要獨立煉油廠已將產能削減30至50%至其產能的一半以下,這些工廠合計佔中國石油進口量的五分之一。
消息人士表示,中石化上周五已要求煉油廠減產,並根據當地燃料需求及物流情況向煉油廠作出不同幅度的調整,估計2月的總減產量約為250萬噸,相當於平均每日減少60萬桶。有煉油廠高層稱,減產可能會延續到3月,不過一旦市場形勢轉好,工廠能將迅速恢復產量。
