格隆匯2月3日丨內地物業管理股走勢分化,碧桂園服務(6098.HK)漲4.13%,永升生活服務(1995.HK)、彩生活(1778.HK)漲超2%。方正證券指,受新型冠狀病毒疫情的影響,預計地產銷售受到的負面影響可能會持續到一季度末,今年可能不會出現明顯的“金三銀四”。建議關注資金充裕的房企以及現金流穩定,充分體現管理運營能力的地產後週期的物業公司,如保利物業、永升生活服務、綠城服務、碧桂園服務。
