第七大道(00797.HK)擬投資一家信息技術公司
格隆匯1月23日丨第七大道(00797.HK)公佈，於2020年1月20日，公司的全資附屬公司無錫第七大道科技有限公司作為潛在投資者，就投資於一間信息技術公司（目標公司）與潛在合作方訂立框架協議。待潛在投資事項完成後，目標公司預計將成為無錫第七大道的非全資附屬公司。
根據框架協議，無錫第七大道作為潛在投資者，將參與目標公司的投資，同時發揮其自身行業背景優勢進行業務協調及行業資源整合，通過目標公司遊戲雲、雲端存儲、大數據等業務的建設及運營進一步推動公司遊戲業務發展，在雲遊戲業務及遊戲雲業務做好佈局。潛在合作方根據相應的產業政策與規劃，在有關項目所在區域推動相關產業集聚，進行及支持有關項目發展。
目標公司為一間根據中國法律成立的有限公司，由一家國有獨資企業全資擁有，位於上海。目標公司主要從事信息技術、智能科技、計算機科技、網絡科技、雲軟件服務等相關服務。現時，目標公司擬在長江三角洲地區設立及運營有關遊戲雲、大數據、人工智能、雲端運算及儲存服務的研發設施及業務。
公司稱，該集團為一家以遊戲為主業的集團，密切關注行業領域相關高新技術發展趨勢。該集團將圍繞遊戲業務核心，積極探索拓展與遊戲業務相關的遊戲雲、雲遊戲、大數據等業務。訂立框架協議乃該集團為實施此策略所採取的堅實一步。潛在投資事項如落實，預計將對該集團未來經營產生重大、長遠、積極的影響。董事會相信，潛在投資事項將為該集團提供擴展我們的遊戲業務，深入雲遊戲及遊戲雲業務領域，進一步提升該集團長期穩定持續盈利能力的機會，併為公司及其股東創造價值。
