《亚洲经济》新加坡去年末季私人房价终值上修季升仅收窄至0.5% 全年升幅收窄至2.7%
新加坡市区重建局(URA)数据显示,新加坡2019年第四季私人住宅物业价格指数终值上修0.2个百分点,按季升幅仅进一步收窄至0.5%(前值续升1.3%),报153.6。
期内,核心中部地区(CCR)的非登陆私人住宅价格上修0.9个百分点按季仅转降2.8%(前值升幅收窄至2%);中部其他地区(RCR)价格上修0.1个百分点按季仅转降1.3%(前值升幅收窄至1.3%);但中部以外地区(OCR)价格上修0.1个百分点按季升幅仅加快至2.8%(前值仅续升0.8%)。
累计2019年全年,新加坡私人住宅物业价格按年仅升2.7%,远低於2018年升7.9%。期内,核心中部地区(CCR)的非登陆私人住宅价格按年降1.7%;中部其他地区(RCR)及中部以外地区(OCR)价格按年分别升2.8%及4.2%。
