格隆匯1月22日丨泛海酒店(00292.HK)公告,於2020年1月21日,泛海國際認購人Techfull Properties Corp及泛海酒店認購人Greatime Limited分別以面值認購本金額分別為5000萬美元及5000萬美元12%景程票據。
認購事項構成泛海國際集團及泛海酒店集團部分投資活動,該等活動為其日常業務。泛海國際及泛海酒店各自均以其內部現金資源及銀行融資為12%景程票據認購價提供資金。
