江蘇寧滬高速公路(00177.HK)完成香港全資子公司註冊登記
格隆匯1月22日丨江蘇寧滬高速公路(00177.HK)公告,江蘇寧滬高速公路股份有限公司(以下簡稱“本公司”)於2019年12月23日召開第九屆董事會第十四次會議,審議通過了《關於設立香港子公司及參與組建聯合體共同收購土耳其ICA項目的議案》,同意公司出資不超過1.3億美元在中華人民共和國香港特別行政區設立全資子公司。
近日,公司已完成香港全資子公司的註冊登記手續,並取得香港特別行政區公司註冊處頒發的《公司註冊證明書》及《商業登記證》。
