协鑫(00451.HK)出售七座光伏电站 套现近11亿人民币偿债
保利协鑫能源(03800.HK)与协鑫新能源(00451.HK)联合公布,协鑫新能源持续推进轻资产模式转型,向华能一号基金及华能二号基金出售位於中国的七座已营运光伏电站,总装机容量为约294兆瓦,总代价8.5亿人民币。计及总未清偿结余及应付股息,所得净额预计约10.81亿人民币,拟用於偿还债务。
协鑫新能源与华能集团正积极推进其他批次之出售事项,双方计划在不久将来能达成及落实签署更多出售光伏电站事宜之协议。
