南商推出大湾区置业按揭服务
中国信达(01359.HK)旗下南洋商业银行公布大湾区置业方案服务,客户可在香港买大湾区物业,以港元供款,按息低至P-2.25厘,即实际按息为2.75厘,年期长至三十年。
南商中国深圳分行副行长沈群并透露,3月起已开通内地账户的南商理财客户,可以於本港透过理财顾问认购内地结构性存款等理财产品。目前有关客户已可办理内地定存及大额存款证。
另外,南商亦会代办开设内地支付宝和微信支付户口,因南商与支付宝和微信洽谈,接入南商系统,方便做客户认证。 ~
